Tony McCullough –
Vice President

Tony is the Marketing / Communications manager at Upshur Rural Electric Cooperative, but has worked in many other fields in East Texas including restaurant management, insurance, radio and film. Through “URECC” He works with numerous Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development committees, non-profit organizations, and community development groups.

Tony has extremely strong beliefs and support of community and education.

Susan Patterson –

Susan Patterson is a lifetime resident of Hallsville where she graduated in 1991. She has been married to her husband Ricky Patterson for 28 years. They have two beautiful daughters Chrissy and Ali. She enjoys reading, fishing, spending time with family and volunteering.

Michelle Jones – Treasurer

Michelle Jones is Assistant Vice President and Location Manager of Guaranty Bank & Trust. Michelle values building long-term relationships with her customers and being able to offer excellent service. This has been her goal throughout her twenty-nine year banking career. She and her husband, Busby, have been married 15 years. She enjoys spending time with family, especially her two grandchildren, and watching movies.

Wes Lacy – Board Member

Wes Lacy is the owner of Ballard’s Septic.  Wes is married to Rachel Lacy and they have 3 grown boys.  Wes is an avid hunter and loves to spend time in the woods.

Matt Folmar – Board Member

Matt Folmar is an Independent Insurance Agent here in Hallsville and has opened a Rollo Insurance Agency here. Matt values his faith and his family. He enjoys taking care of others and helping them in a time of need. Him and his wife, Jessica, have been married 13 years and have 3 children, Shelby (10), Brooklyn (7) and Beau (1). He enjoys spending time with family, being at sporting events and livestock shows.
